Conditions of Booking
All accommodation is offered subject to
availability at time of receipt, and at the tariffs
applicable according to the season.
Deposits: A deposit of 20 per person is
required. Children are half the adult deposit rate.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance
can be made for meals not taken.
Breakfast 8.45 - 9.50am. Evening Meal 5.00pm
Rooms must be vacated by IO.OOam on day of
departure.
Rooms available from 1 pm on day of arrival.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for
loss of guests property unless handed-in for safe
custody.
Should you be delayed on your journey and not
be arriving at your intended arrival time, we
would ask you to telephone and advise us
accordingly.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment,
should the accommodation not be re-let the
person whose signature appears on this booking
form will be liable to pay for the cost as per the
reservation, less an allowance for food and
service.
Deposits are not refundable, but will
be deductable from any claim for compensation
arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of
the contract.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend,
curtail or terminate any contract should the
conduct of any party who is a party to that
contract cause any detriment to the well-being
or comfort of other guests.
Holiday insurance is recommended. |
